Updated information on Coronavirus COVID-19 and FAQs

The lockdown is getting easier, traffic more intensive, people enjoy good weather after long imprisonment at home and we can slowly get back to normal.

On Wensday, 27 May, Government decided to continue under the lockdown until 16 June 2020 while further easing the restrictions. The amended Resolution provides for an increased number of spectators in events, and longer working hours for restaurants, cafes and other catering establishments.

As regards universities and colleges, vocational schools and informal education providers the school managers and founders of each educational institution decide case-by case as to continuing on the remote mode.

28 May, Vilnius Business College management made a decision to carry out the study programmes, defense of final theses in the departments and qualification boards on the College premises and remotely. Heads of departments are responsible for informing students about the mode and procedures of defending bachelor’s theses and administrative staff must ensure safe distance and provide College people with necessary personal hygiene protective equipment.

The defense of bachelor’s theses in the qualification board will take place in June 19-30, the diploma award ceremony – at the beginning of July. We will update the information soon.

Wishing successful preparation for exams and theses defense,
