During studies, a lot of attention is paid to entrepreneurship, innovative teaching and learning methods. You will learn through modelling situations in the hospitality industry, applying your knowledge and ideas in practice.

We offer a wide choice of foreign languages necessary for working in the world tourism industry and communicating with people from other cultures.

The programme has a strong focus on hotel services, intercultural communication and other general and specialized subjects that are important for career planning in the tourism and leisure industry.

The Aim of the Programme

To prepare tourism and events specialists with the knowledge, skills and attributes required to develop and manage the hospitality industry through a better understanding of processes in tourism and events, modern communication, and marketing techniques and methods in an international and entrepreneurial context.


Managing leisure, cultural and business events is relevant both to those who plan to work in the tourism industry, as well as to those who see their future related exceptionally to the event business.

Project-based learning will enable you to develop such competencies as leadership, strategic thinking, initiative and creativity, teamwork, time planning, financial management and many others.

Innovative teaching methods and knowledge delivered by practitioners ensure the College graduates’ competitiveness in the market and provide all necessary competencies for those who want to start their own business applying modern technology and innovative solutions.

Students of the Tourism and Events study programme have internships in international hotel chains and in the highest category hotels in Europe.

VVK graduates work in the hospitality industry, hotel management, tourism and travel services, organize conferences, business meetings and corporate events.
