Application Steps for International Students

FALL 2026 Admission Deadlines

Non-EU/EEA nationality applicants: until 1 Jun 2026

EU nationality applicants: until 1 July 2026 Applications

Should be submitted as early as possible to allow sufficient time for SKVC evaluation, document processing, and the Temporary Residence Permit application.

Submit the Application Form (Online Application – admission.kolegija.lt) and Required Documents.

Required Documents:

  1. Secondary education or High School Diploma and Transcripts (copy) accompanied with their translation into English or Lithuanian.
  2. A copy of your Passport or ID card.
  3. A copy of a Document confirming change of the name (in case not all your documents carry the same name)

Application fee (200 Eur*) payment confirmation. *Application fee includes all the charges for document legalization needed for Temporary Resident Permit. Please note the application fee is non-refundable.

 

Apply to the Lithuanian Centre for Quality Assessment in Higher Education for your Secondary School Diploma and transcript evaluation:

When you receive SKVC statement or registration No., i.e. confirmation, that documents are submitted for recognition, please send by email admission@kolegija.lt or bring them in person.

Note: SKVC evaluation typically takes 2-4 weeks. Please submit documents well in advance of the application deadline.

Participate in the Interview (in person or online via Google Meet or Microsoft Teams): be prepared to explain your motivation for studies and ask questions about studying and living in Lithuania.

The interview time will be arranged individually by our admissions team.

 

After review of application, Vilnius Business College provides Conditional Acceptance letter.

You will receive a Conditional Acceptance letter within 10 working days of submitting a complete application.

 

Make the first year Tuition payment and send copies of additional documents by email admission@kolegija.lt:

  1. A Letter of Affidavit of Support from your parents/sponsors and the Certificate/Letter from a bank about their/yours financial abilities to finance the tuition fee and living expenses in Lithuania (original or notarised copy, minimum sum ~7000 EUR per year)
  2. Receipt of paid Tuition Fee

*Please Note: Tuition fee is paid only when is received invoice by Vilnius Business College.

 

For payments outside Euro zone we reccomend to use Flywire payment platform:

The TRP process can take 4-8 weeks. We strongly recommend beginning this step as soon as you receive your Conditional Acceptance letter.

Once you have completed all steps, our admissions team will be in touch with details about:

– Orientation week and your first day of studies

– Registering your accommodation in Vilnius

– Setting up your student account and VBC learning platform access

– Health insurance requirements for your stay in Lithuania

Please note: Steps 1-5 apply to all international applicants. Step 6 (Temporary Residence Permit) applies only to non-EU/EEA citizens. If you are a citizen of an EU or EEA member country, you do not need to apply for a TRP.
