Call for Applications: Student Incentive Competition
VBC students are invited to submit applications to participate in the VBC Student Incentive Competition.
Students who meet the criteria specified in the VBC Student Incentive and Scholarship Award Procedure Descriptionare eligible to apply for one of the following discounts on tuition fees for the spring semester of the 2025-2026 academic year:
- 50% (fifty percent) discount on tuition fees;
- 30% (thirty percent) discount on tuition fees;
- 20% (twenty percent) discount on tuition fees.
Requirements for students participating in the VBC Student Incentive Competition
Students who meet all the mandatory academic criteria and some of the additional activity criteria specified in Chapter II of the VBC Student Incentive and Scholarship Award Procedure Description are eligible to participate in the VBC Student Incentive Competition:
- Mandatory requirements (applicable to all students without exception):
- have no academic debts and have fulfilled all study programme requirements on time;
- have a grade point average of at least 8.5 for the fall semester of 2025-2026 academic year.
Students who do not meet at least one of the mandatory criteria are not eligible to participate in the competition, regardless of their other achievements.
- Additional evaluation criteria (criteria must be met in different groups of criteria, i.e., they must not be repeated in the same group of criteria):
- Academic and applied research achievements;
- Institutional representation and strengthening the College’s reputation;
- Leadership and community spirit;
- Social and voluntary activities.
Students must submit a clear and reasoned description of their activities and documentary evidence confirming compliance with at least two or more of the specified groups of criteria (e.g., certificates, recommendations, publications, or other confirmations).
Students must provide evidence of compliance with the criteria for the last two semesters: for the spring semester of 2024-2025 academic year (period from February, 2025 – to August 31, 2025) and the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year (period from September 1, 2025 – to January 31, 2026).
