Deimantė Žebrauskaitė – the New Director of Vilnius Business College

Meet Deimantė Žebrauskaitė, the New Director of Vilnius Business College.

Deimantė Žebrauskaitė has taken on the role of Director of Vilnius Business College. She is a leader with more than 15 years of experience in management, organizational development, and change management across a range of sectors.

From 2007 to 2019, she led the Lithuanian Food Bank (“Maisto bankas”), building an effective system of collaboration between businesses, non-governmental organizations, and society. This helped the Food Bank become one of the largest and best-known charitable organizations in Lithuania.

Later, Deimantė Žebrauskaitė joined the management team at Lithuania Post, where she led the customer experience, communications, and marketing teams. She contributed to the organization’s transformation, the modernization of its services, and the strengthening of its brand.

In recent years, her professional work has been closely connected with education. As a member of the management teams at Queen Morta School and Vaikystės Sodas, she worked on organizational development, innovation, and strategic projects.

As she begins her tenure at Vilnius Business College, the new Director will focus primarily on strengthening the College’s international profile, quality, and sustainable growth; increasing the number of students; expanding online studies; and enhancing lifelong learning opportunities.
