JOIN THE ACADEMIC COMMUNITY OF VILNIUS BUSINESS COLLEGE

Vilnius Business College is now accepting applications for lecturer positions for the academic year 2025/2026. We invite motivated, responsible, and academically dedicated professionals who are eager to contribute to the education of the younger generation and the training of future specialists.

We are looking for full-time and part-time lecturers in the following fields:

• BUSINESS AND MANAGEMENT (management, entrepreneurship, innovation management, business development, startup management, fundamentals, and analysis of economics);
• MARKETING (market research, digital marketing, brand development and management, consumer behaviour);
• INFORMATICS (programming, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, mobile application development, multimedia technologies).

Candidate Requirements:

• A university-level higher education degree (Master’s degree) in the relevant field;
• At least 3 years of practical experience in the subject area (for lecturer positions);
• A doctoral degree or equivalent professional experience (for associate professor positions);
• Ability to prepare and teach courses in Lithuanian and/or English; the minimum level of English language required is B2;
• Experience in academic or applied scientific activities is considered an advantage.

Salary:

• The offered full-time salary starts from EUR 3000 gross (before taxes);
