Project: “Global Challenge”

The goal of the project: To teach students to solve emerging business situations

Third-year students studying Business Management and Marketing by Team Academy method have successfully joined a new project.

Since October 2023, they have been participating in the international project – “Global Challenge.”

This is an ambitious project that has attracted 250 students from around the world. Distributed into international teams, they received various business situations and tasks for which they need to find solutions for the business. Each team is assigned a coach with whom the team communicates once a week during online meetings. According to their needs, international student teams can also meet independently.

“The solutions they find for specific business situations and how they present them will become clear in December 2023 when the teams present their projects. Students can expect a lot of interesting activities on a global scale, new acquaintances from around the world, and a unique team and personal experience,” said one of the coaches of Vilnius Business College’s Team Academy method, Aušra Gaivenienė.

Together with another college lecturer, Loreta Pivoriūnaitė, they are also participating in this international project.
