Food Business and Nutrition Culture is a study programme designed to prepare specialists capable of managing and developing enterprises within the modern food industry. The programme combines business management, marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship with contemporary food industry trends, nutrition culture, sustainability, food safety principles, and consumer behaviour analysis. Graduates are qualified to work in food production, HoReCa, retail, food innovation, and e-commerce sectors, or to establish and develop their own food-related business.
