The aim of the International Conference of Business and Entrepreneurship: Best Practices and Challenges is to foster a dynamic platform for academia, industry professionals, and aspiring entrepreneurs to converge, exchange insights, and explore innovative strategies addressing the contemporary challenges and best practices in the realms of business and entrepreneurship. Through collaborative discourse and knowledge sharing, the conference endeavors to business olutions solutions toward existing, inspire entrepreneurial initiatives, and propel sustainable growth in the global business landscape.
Keynote speaker: Assoc. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Emre Camlibel
He is the chairman of the Re-pie Portfolio Management company. He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from Boğaziçi University, focusing on energy efficiency and conservation, energy systems, sustainability and carbon practices and completed his master’s degree at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston, USA. He served as General Manager and Board Member at Soyak Yapı between 2001 and 2008. He became the CEO of Soyak Holding in 2016. Çamlıbel is a part-time lecturer at Boğaziçi University, an associate professor at VBC, and a visiting lecturer at MIT and Columbia, teaching courses in energy and real estate.

Information for Authors/Participants
All submissions must be original papers, and organizers will employ the plagiarism detection system Crosscheck (iThenticate) to assess the authenticity of submitted papers. Competitive papers will undergo a single-blind review process. The proceedings will be published by VBC Publishing House „Applied Business: Issues & Solutions Journal“, with papers undergoing copyediting only. Therefore, authors are responsible for ensuring their papers are proficient in English. Submissions must be made electronically as an MS Word document file, adhering to the provided template (see below).
Important: Selected papers will be published at the jornal „Entrepreneurship and Sustainability Issues“ which index at Clarivate, WoS. ISSN / eISSN: 2345-0282

Exploring Career Opportunities: Networking and International Career Planning Event at Vilnius Business College
From May 27th to 31st, Vilnius Business College will host up to 20 foreign students from Erasmus partner universities to participate in the first organized Erasmus blended intensive program (Erasmus BIP)!
The project’s topic – Networking and International Career Planning, led by VBC lecturer Samson Toye Abiodun.
Students will engage in interesting, interactive, and practical sessions, as well as cultural activities, exploring Vilnius, Trakai, and other historical sites.
This Erasmus BIP project marks the first of the blended programs that Vilnius Business College will host every semester from now on. Note that VBC students can also participate in Erasmus blended intensive programs organized by foreign partner universities; stay tuned for information and invitations from VBC’s International Relations Department.
VBC and Intercollege Signed Partnership Agreement to Enhance Beauty and Wellness Business Education
Vilniaus Business College (VBC) and Intercollege Cyprus sign a cooperation agreement aimed at promoting cooperation in the fields of studies, research and the organization of scientific and practical conferences and other events and training. It will also focus on experiential learning and student internships, training, and professional activities. This cooperation agreement will bring significant benefits to the new study programme “Beauty and Wellness Business”. By giving students the opportunity to practice and learn in international markets.

Intercultural Friendship Day at Vilnius Business College
Last Friday, Vilnius Business College turned into a global culinary hub!
Students from various countries treated each other to their national dishes. Different cultures – Pakistan, Iran, Armenia, Nigeria, Ukraine, Georgia, Cameroon – presented their countries and various traditions.
While communicating and sharing food, students got to know each other and learned to appreciate cultural diversity. The afternoon dances became a wonderful memory that everyone will remember for a long time. It was an interesting and meaningful intercultural event that united the entire college community.
