-This year, Vilnius Business College, one of Lithuania’s first private higher education institutions, celebrated its 32nd anniversary.
-Third-year students of the Business Management and Marketing program, following the “Team Academy” model, participated twice (in January and December) in the international project Global Business Challenge. In international teams, they worked on solving real business challenges for actual clients.
-Organized through the initiative of lecturer T. Mitalas, this event provided students with active engagement opportunities with company representatives regarding job and internship prospects.
-According to LAMA BPO data, announced in April, Vilnius Business College’s Business Management and Marketing program ranked among the top 10 most popular college study programs in Lithuania in 2023.
-In April, students represented Vilnius Business College at the XXI Student Scientific Symposium “Youth Academic Aspirations: Insights into Economics, Management, Law, and Technology 2024” in Klaipėda. Benas Kuprys, a student of the International Business Management and Marketing program, won 3rd place for his presentation.
-According to Reitingai magazine (May 2024), Vilnius Business College achieved high rankings in three key categories:

- 1st place among colleges for alumni-added value and employer evaluations—a leadership position held since 2013.
- 1st place for highest graduate salaries (€1,980) among private colleges.
- 3rd place for competitiveness in the international study space among private colleges.
-In late May, a successful scientific-practical conference titled “Integrating Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education: Challenges and Opportunities” was held.
-Vilnius Business College welcomed a new owner—UAB Synergetica.
-In September, faculty members participated in training led by A. Igumenov on “Applying Large Language Models in the Study Process as an Example of AI Integration.”
-The Student Council kicked off the academic year with a lively three-day camp that fostered stronger bonds among new and current students.
-The College’s international student body continues to grow, with more students from abroad studying under the guidance of lecturers from Lithuania and other countries. [Percentage increase in international student enrollment to be verified.]
-Vilnius Business College secured funding for the AI-focused project “AI for All: Tapping into Deep Tech Through a Diverse Training Program”. This project, developed and implemented in collaboration with partners from Switzerland (Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts) and Poland (Warsaw School of Computer Science), promises exciting opportunities.
-On October 24–25, the International Conference of Business and Entrepreneurship: Best Practices and Challenges was held, featuring speakers from eight countries and attended by participants from both Lithuania and abroad.
-The autumn saw the establishment of the VVK Faculty Club.
-Vilnius Business College continues to strengthen its presence in the Erasmus+ community. In May and October, a significant number of international students from partner institutions participated in the intensive Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program (BIP) hosted by the College.
-In December, Team Academy students organized a heartfelt alumni evening, bringing together the entire College community.
