Community

Our active, creative, and diligent academic community is based on an innovative, project-based management and organisational model, enabling us to promptly respond to any new developments while maintaining flexibility and utmost attention to detail. We always strive to play to our strengths, employing only the best specialists, and ensuring a top-quality educational process.

To this end, our study programmes are managed by qualified experts and teachers, many of whom are practitioners in their own fields, such as: business consulting and leadership, economics, finance, law, video game development, IT, sociology, psychology, and foreign languages. All teachers are MAs or PhDs with academic titles, including Professor and Associate Professor. We also frequently host guests and visiting lecturers from abroad, and since 2013, we have been hosting international students in Lithuania.

Administration

Our distinguished administrative staff perfectly embodies the spirit of teamwork and leads the way in purposeful and productive work at the community level. The key values of creativity, optimism, and dynamism lay the foundation for day to day activities, no matter how small. According to our students, professors, and other staff members, the long-term result of our administrative philosophy with regards to the college itself can be summarised in one sentence: “A good place to be”.
